Yes. Add any available piece to your cart and check out: payment is handled securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and wallets). While you pay, the piece is held for you for ten minutes; once the payment is confirmed it is yours and it moves to Past Pieces. Saving a piece to your cart on its own does not reserve it. Every purchase is governed by the Terms and Conditions and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

The shop delivers across India, with shipping included in the listed piece price. Pieces are dispatched within three working days of payment and usually arrive in four to ten working days, with tracking details sent by email. The Shipping Policy has the details.

Each finished piece in the collection is made only once. When it finds a home, it moves to Past Pieces, where you can still explore it. Handmade work has small variations in its stitches and finish.

Every product begins with its natural-setting view when one is available, followed by approved model and detail views. If a natural-setting view is not part of the approved catalogue, its primary approved product view appears first. The visuals are AI-generated to closely represent the handmade product, so colour, texture and scale may vary slightly. Use the dimensions on the product page as the size guide.

Send an idea, a colour or a few reference pictures through the custom-order form. A request starts a conversation; it does not confirm a booking. What can be made, the price and the timing need to be agreed before work begins.

Care depends on the yarn, construction and any beads or other attachments. Keep the material information for your piece and confirm its care instructions before washing. Avoid pulling loose threads or decorations.
